We understand the importance of finding the right person for the job. Our employees are chosen to represent us to our customers; they are the face of the company. They are unquestionably our most valuable assets. We believe in working as a team and we have always attempted to create an environment where people feel appreciated; to be a place where their opinion matters.
Prospective employees are initially interviewed by our Human Resource manager. Applicants selected for a second interview are given a profile survey that measures integrity, substance abuse, reliability, and work ethic. We conduct a criminal history check on every employee. As well as, provide a mandatory drug screening service to customers who require it. Random drug screening is done as needed should there be a reasonable suspicion that an employee may be under the influence of drugs or alcohol. All employees are provided a company photo I.D. card, which they are required to wear at all times while at work. Employees are also uniformed for appearance and identification purposes.
